Shipping
We charge flat rate shipping based on weight: < 1 lb. is $5.95, > 1 lb. is $9.95. We ship most orders via the US Postal Service from New Jersey, USA. We primarily use USPS ground or First Class mail. We do however ship some items UPS Ground.
All items ordered are IN STOCK unless otherwise specified. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.
We offer Two-Day and Overnight shipping
Two-day (for orders placed by 12 pm CST)
Overnight (for orders placed by 12 pm CST)

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
Two-Day and Overnight orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.
Packages are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.
Returns & Refunds
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We provide refunds for the full product purchase price up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Exchanges are accepted up to 60 days after the original purchase date. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in “as-new” condition, unworn, unwashed and with all the original tags in place. A 25% restocking fee may be applied if the returned item is excessively wrinkled and/or we deem the condition to be less than “as-new”.
The customer bears the cost of freight for returns and exchanges. We do not issue return labels.
EXCHANGE/REFUND INSTRUCTIONS As long as the item remains in “as-new” condition, with original tags in place, all you need to do for a refund or exchange is to ship your item to:

Be sure to include detailed exchange/refund instructions inside your package. We recommend shipping USPS; it’s usually the cheapest shipping method.
CLEARANCE All clearance items are FINAL SALE. Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
DEFECTS & INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
For defective merchandise and incorrect shipments, we provide return shipping labels. Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed to receive full credit.Please contact jessica@hondavintageculture.com if you have received a defective or an incorrect item.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Once your return is received, please allow 5-10 business days for processing refunds and in-stock exchanges. In the event a requested item is unavailable, you will be notified.
Refunds typically appear on your statement 7-10 business days after the refund is initiated. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For orders that are lost or stolen in transit, please contactthe carrier (typically USPS or UPS). We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

theres a damage as shown on images that I uploaded..its like a cut or sliced part below the shoulder area..I demand a replacement for this or give me a full refund..its an expensive shirt and this is what I got..?!I need a replacement asap or give me a full refund of this specified shirt..thank you

as a huge honda fan, this is my new favorite shirt. this shirt is surprisingly very quality! worth the money it’s a medium/heavy weight, quality patches, great stitching, soft quality fabric. i’m 5’2 and 95lbs and the XS was actually more fitting for a gender neutral shirt. i’ll be back to buying from yall again!

Hi Jareck- So sorry you've had this experience. All our fabrics are preshrunk and following our wash instructions for sure will protect your Vintage Culture garment from shrinkage as well as premature aging.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Vintage Culture products. Outstanding quality!! I’ve even had to exchange one shirt (ordered the wrong size) and the process was easy and quick.
The quality of the fabric is great, but again, I had an issue with the seams. Part of the seam in the bottom of the shirt is off. Today, it is not an issue, but most likely, after a wash, it will come loose. Shipping was super fast.
For a $55 tee I expected better (softer) material, consistent sizing (consistent with other Honda official branded apparel and even other Vintage Culture tees) and for it to be more comfortable. The stitching and accompanying seams are not comfy. The sizing is strange, it runs short and wider than other Honda tees I've bought.

We sell globally so our sizing is more own the athletic fitment for US consumers; since we are a licensee, we cannot match the fit of other licensees. And fit can vary based on material selected. This is a heavier weight fabric than most of our other tees made from a durable cotton. Fabrics are picked for each application. Feel free to return the tee for a full refund.
